It upsets me a little that going on the Princess Mithian and/or Princess Elena tags means that I see a heck of a lot of Gwen dislike. All three ladies are so loveable. Why can’t we love them all equally?

I really liked Elena as a character. She might be the person ever to be on Merlin that I related to the most, and I might have shipped her with Arthur if I didn’t respect his feelings for Gwen so much.

I am utterly infatuated with princess Elena and have no idea why.

I’m really tired of those princess-of-the-week plots by now, and I hope they don’t use it in S5. Sophia, Vivian, Elena and Mithian were all interesting enough in their own way, but really, after seeing it four times, I don’t need to see it again!

I love the women in Merlin. They are all so strong and brave, each in their own way. They are truly women of legend!

Sometimes, some people will say that, for irrelevant reasons, Arthur should have married Sophia, or Elena, or Mithian, or… They are all enumerated in the same sentence, but there’s no mention of Gwen. In these cases, it’s not a matter of shipping Arthur with another person, I think it’s just hatred towards Gwen.
